USAF Movements

The United States Air Force Boeing C17 Globemaster III 05-5146 that had arrived at Whenuapai 05 August from Hickam finally departed on the evening of 10 August for Andersen AFB/Guam as TREK67.
Observers noted the aircraft being worked on by mechanics so it obviously went "technical" during its NZ stopover.

United States Air Force Boeing C40 BBJ 05-0730 made its first NZ visit arriving at Whenuapai from Pago Pago on the afternoon of 11 August as "SPAR29".

Its arrival coincides with a proliferation of USAF visitors to Australia at present.
Boeing E4B 73-1676 arrived at Sydney 10 August from Delhi as "GRIM25" along with Boeing C17 Globemaster 07-7188 with this aircraft arriving as "REACH 501" from Delhi via Darwin.  Boeing C40 BBJ 01-0015 arrived into Sydney from Pago Pago as "SPAR55" and Boeing C32 98-0001 is inbound Sydney 11 August as "SAM700" from Rangoon and Darwin.  Also inbound Australia where two Douglas KC10's, 79-1951 and 82-0193 arrived into Brisbane from Utapao.http://ybbn.blogspot.com.au/2014/08/usaf-kc-10-visitors-today.html
