Corporate Corner

Oddly 06 August was a busy day across the skies of New Zealand with several corporate jets on the move.

First up was the arrival at Christchurch of Roger Penske's Gulfstream 550 N1RP.  Making its second visit to NZ, the 550 made its way across the Tasman from Brisbane where it had arrived the previous morning from Reading Regional Airport, Pennsylvania via a techstop at Honolulu.  The aircraft then made its way north to Auckland arriving late afternoon.  Its first visit to our shores was in June this year when it visited Auckland, Christchurch and Invercargill.

Business Jets Falcon 900 N146EX launched from Auckland mid afternoon for Essendon.

Execujet NZ Gulfstream 650 ZK-KFB was again out and about and it flew over the reverse route of its previous day's flying with a trip from Wellington to Queenstown, then onto Auckland and back to Queenstown.

Jetcity Learjet 45 VH-LJX arrived at Auckland after dark from Essendon.

Pentastar Aviation Charter Gulfstream 4 N473CW arrived at Auckland from Oxnard, California via Kona and Nadi.  This jet last visited the region in 2011 and spent a couple of nights at Auckland in late April.
