As this post went to air, VH-VJW was preparing to depart Ohakea for Norfolk Island and Brisbane.

Posted 09 November 2018:

The four Royal New Zealand Air Force Beech 200 King Air's of 42Sq, Ohakea, have reverted back to their civilian registrations at the conclusion of lease. In a transaction recorded by NZ CAA on 06 November 2018, the quarter were registered to Hawker Pacific with a Bulls, Manawatu postal address. At the time of their import back in 2012, Hawker Pacific had a large maintenance service centre at Ardmore but this subsequently closed a couple of years later.

The 200's are gradually being replaced with the larger 350 series King Air with two of these aircraft now at Ohakea, and two at Hawker Pacific's Bankstown/Sydney facility.
