Southern Cross Jets/Marcplan's Gulfstream G450 VH-MBP, a regular visitor to New Zealand, has exited the region on export to the United States.
The 2010 edition Gulfstream was delivered brand new to the Melbourne/Essendon based charter operator and over the years has visited New Zealand dozens of times carrying the rich and famous and appeared to be a popular mode of transportation for music stars.
Our records show its last visit was in May 2018 when it arrived in Queenstown from Essendon on the 6th, then flew to Christchurch and Sydney on the 7th.
It departed Essendon for Nadi on 19 September 2018 before arriving in Savannah/Georgia two days later. Presumably this is were it was de-registered and has since become N14717 with the anonymous "owner" Delaware Trust Co.
