China Airlines switch types

Taiwan based China Airlines operate daily services to Auckland from Taipei via Brisbane and have been flying Airbus A350-900's but seasonal schedule changes to match increased demand has seen the airline upsize to Boeing 777-300's from 02 December 2018 with B-18007 operating the first of type service. 

The 777-300 will run until 01 March with the A350-900 due back from 02 March. 
B-18007 arriving Brisbane 02 December 2018. 

In related news, Cathay Pacific re-introduced their seasonal flights to Christchurch from Hong Kong as of 01 December with Airbus A350-900 B-LRC operating the first CPA199/126. Services will operate Monday, Thursday and Saturday. And Cathay have now gone double daily between Hong Kong and Auckland using Airbus A350-900's for the morning rotation, and Boeing 777-300's for the midday flight.
