Jet Visitors to Dunedin

Foreign registered corporate jets visiting Dunedin is not exactly common so it was interesting to note two aircraft passing through on the same day late last month.


The first turned up late morning 27 February in the shape of Global Express N526GX from Christchurch. Registered to Cindic Holdings Ltd, the long range jet had arrived at Christchurch during the early hours of 25 February from Hong Kong as TBJ69.  After a short time at Dunedin the Global departed direct to Biak, Indonesia.

The second visitor on 27 February was Wilmington Trust's Gulfstream G450 N666ZW. This aircraft, operated by Sino Jet Management, arrived from Auckland as SJM088 and departed for Sydney.
