The blog post across at NZ Civil Aircraft (see here) prompted me to hunt out the photos of Beech D18-S N500MK on the occasion of its visit to New Zealand during winter 2005.
Notes from that time indicate it arrived at Auckland direct from Tonga on 23 August 2005 and flew to Ardmore two days later for a repaint and maintenance.
It remained in the country until 09 December 2005 when it flew from Ardmore to Kerikeri and Norfolk Island then to Noumea the following day. It continued to Nadi 11 December.
