Postcard from the USA - Part Two

Spending a few days around the Las Vegas region afforded the opportunity to visit North Las Vegas (VGT/KVGT) located northwest of The Strip. Home to several hundred general aviation fixed-wing and rotary aircraft and a wonderful terminal building with associated cafe and outdoor observation deck providing excellent viewing opportunities.

Clay Lacy Aviation of Van Nuys, California, had this Learjet 35A N354CL on location. 

Locally based Beech King Air B90 N919AG. 

Most fizzjets gravite to Las Vegas/McCarran so it was nice to see this San Francisco based Falcon 2000 N903GS on the field. 

Appears this is a locally based Swearingen SA-26AT Merlin IIB N30HS. 

A handful of aircraft basking in the sun while most residents find solice under cover. 

Elite Aviation of San Jose/CA operate this Cessna 421 Golden Eagle N116JJ. 

Piper PA46-500T Meridian N250SA arriving home. 



Sundance Helicopters Cessna 208B Grand Caravan N145SH arriving at North Las Vegas. The operator has a large rotary-wing presence across as McCarran.
