During our USA sojourn the opportunity presented itself to visit Las Vegas but unfortunately it was a day where gusty north-northwest winds prevailed thus making the "spotters" carpark area adjacent to the touchdown zone for runway 25L/R was pointless and 99% of traffic was using runways 1L/R. This runway configuration did however allow for a few shots of the corporate jet activity that would normally, by virtue of their parking locations, use runways 1L/R.
