Boeing 787-9 ZK-NZH

Air New Zealand last evening took delivery of their 6th Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner after ZK-NZH touched down at Auckland after a direct flight from Paine Field as ANZ6094 arriving just after 2230. 

The aircraft conducted its first flight on 10 October as "Boeing 006" with a flight from Paine to Moses Lake and back and then a customer flight 23 October (Local USA dates). 

With the arrival of the 6th Dreamliner, Air New Zealand will introduce the type to its daily Auckland-Singapore-Auckland route from 16 November while ZK-NZH is expected to enter service later this week.

Based on Boeing delivery expectations the next Air NZ Dreamliner, ZK-NZI MSN 37965 is for delivery in July 2016 while the next Air NZ jet delivery will be Airbus A320(SL) ZK-OXL in May 2016.
