Japanese Maritime Defence Force Visitor/s

The Japanese Maritime Defence Force training fleet have three vessels visiting the Ports of Auckland currently with destroyer JDS "Setoyuki" (DD131), destroyer JDS "Asagiri" (DD151) and training ship JDS "Kashima" (TV3508) arriving in town 03 September.

Nigel Price took the opportunity yesterday to look over the destroyer "Asagiri" and he has kindly provided these shots of the rotary wing attachment deployed on the vessel.
