Boeing 737-300 ZK-SLA, operated by Auckland based Airwork Flight Operations, has been idle at the operator's home base since late last year when it concluded a charter on behalf of singer Leonard Coen at Auckland on 19 December. It was then hangared until carrying out a test flight on 19 June flying an Auckland to Auckland routine.
On the afternoon of 25 July ZK-SLA departed for Brisbane with its ultimate destination unknown at time of press.
