Australia's Burley Air, operating from Bankstown west of Sydney, have had Piper PA42-400LS Cheyenne VH-BUR flying on contract with the NZ Airways Corporation on and off since July 2011.
The aircraft most recently arrived in NZ on 11 August touching down at Wellington from Brisbane and Norfolk Island. Since then it has visited (in date order)
Palmerston North, Napier, Gisborne, Taupo, Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, Auckland, Queenstown, Christchurch, Ohakea, New Plymouth, Nelson, Dunedin, Invercargill, Timaru, Woodbourne and Wanganui with a number of places receiving more than one visit.
On 20 October the slick machine arrived at Auckland from Palmerston North and departed the next morning for Tonga and then onto Wallis Island.
