Nostalgia Part Seven

Boeing 737-2Y5 9H-ABA (23038) was delivered brand new to Air Malta in 1983 and moved to Air New Zealand as ZK-NAF in September 1994.  The aircraft was the operated on behalf of Royal Tongan Airlines for a period before being exported to the USA as N712S with Sierra Pacific Airlines.

Boeing 737-2L9 C2-RN8 (22070) first flew in 1979 and spent time with Maersk Air as OY-APL and then with Quebecair as C-GQBQ before heading to Air Nauru as C2-RN8 in 1982.  It spent the next couple of years plying its trade on behalf of the small island nation before export to Brazil as PP-SPH with VASP.  The carrier ceased operations in 2005 and it is understood to be stored at Brasilia.
