Farewell Qantas on NZ Domestic Routes

As part of a Qantas Group reshuffle announce in February this year, Qantas terminated its domestic operations within NZ from close of play Tuesday 09Jun allowing Jetstar, the Qantas budget airline, to enter the domestic market using 177 seat Airbus A320-200.

The following is an overview of the Qantas/Jetconnect fleets final day on domestic flights;
