Mon 29 December 2008 - updated

A busy day as the year draws to a close. In no particular order:

Gulfstream 4SP VH-DBT departed Auckland at 0630 for Queenstown.

Gulfstream 4SP N124TF cleared formalities at Rotorua mid afternoon after it arrived from Maui. It then continued to Whakatane.

Gulfstream 5 N507QS departed Auckland for Kailua-Kona and Honolulu.

Gulfstream 5 N50KC flew from Queenstown to Auckland, then to Kaitaia and back to Auckland.

Gulfstream 550 HB-JEV departed Queenstown 4 minutes after N50KC for Papeete direct as 'Batman 271'.

Falcon 900 N44EG arrived at Queenstown a little after midday from Christchurch.

Westwind ZK-RML departed Auckland for Kaitaia, Taupo and back to Auckland.

Citationjet CJ3 ZK-TBM sprinted up and down the country starting with the short hop from Kerikeri to Auckland, then to Queenstown, back north to Wellington, onwards to Taupo and finally south again to Queenstown!

Airwork Boeing 737-300 freighter ZK-TLB departed Auckland for Brisbane, most likely on the first leg of its delivery flight to Africa. The aircraft has been in NZ since mid 2008 covering for ZK-NQC which has undergone a D check.
