ATR72-212A ZK-MCF departed Christchurch on the morning of 21 May 2018 for Brisbane as "Southern Cross 1820" commencing its delivery flight to Novoair, Bangladesh. It continued to Mount Isa, Darwin and Kota Kinabalu 22 May with its intermediate destination being Ho Chi Minh for pre-delivery maintenance and re-livery.

Mt Cook Airline ATR72-212A (500 series) ZK-MCF MSN 600 was withdraw from service on 06 May 2018 with the 19 1/2 year old aircraft flying as NZ5715 Christchurch to Invercargill and back to Christchurch as NZ5716.

Mt Cook Airline ATR72-212A (500 series) ZK-MCF MSN 600 was withdraw from service on 06 May 2018 with the 19 1/2 year old aircraft flying as NZ5715 Christchurch to Invercargill and back to Christchurch as NZ5716.
Delivered brand new in November 1999, ZK-MCF was repainted in the parent company's new livery during September 2014. It is reportedly destined for Bangladesh following
This leaves Mt Cook operating 8 ATR-500's and 18 ATR-600's.
