Air Niugini Q400

On the 4th of September 2009 Air Niugini announced their order for two (and option for one) Bombardier Q400's. The first aircraft, P2-PXU c/n 4316 touched down at Cairns 19Jul from Indonesia's Biak Airport for final pre-delivery work. The Q400 has been painted in a new livery for the airline which no doubt will be worn by the next aircraft due for delivery to Air Niugini, Boeing 767-300 P2-PXV c/n 30341 ex A6-JBD on lease from Icelandic which is also due for delivery this month.

The second Q400 is due for delivery in September this year.
