Jetstar to Auckland!

Jetstar introduced their most recent aircraft to service 27Feb with Airbus A320-232 VH-VQA C/N 3783 positioning from Sydney to Auckland as JQ7991 before departing a short time later for the Gold Coast as JQ983, presumably a charter flight as the carrier does not commence scheduled flights from Auckland until 28Apr this year.

Wayne Grant was on hand for its departure from Auckland's runway 05R.

VH-VQA was only registered on 03Feb09 and is the second A320 to wear this rego, the first having returned to Singapore as 9V-JSH. It arrived at Newcastle 22Feb09 from Toulouse via Dubai, Singapore and Darwin as JQ7992.
